JACQUELINE~ Lead Esthetician, Owner & Esthetics Instructor
Jacqueline received her NYS Esthetics License in 2005. She has since worked at several local spa’s where she became proficient in delivering quality spa services. Realizing she could find a better way to explore beauty, Jacqueline decided to develop her own unique practice. She feels that her business is perfectly suited to address skin, spirit and soul. Jacqueline’s philosophy is based on the premise that everyone has an inner beauty that can be uncovered by her precise, compassionate touch. Current clients equate Jacqueline’s touch to that of an angel, appreciating the presence she brings to her work. Jacqueline also continued her education in the art of Esthetics in 2022, acquiring her NYS Private Career School Esthetic Teaching License through the University of New York State, accredited by the New York State Department of Education. She is thrilled to announce she is now a Licensed Esthetics Teacher by the Bureau of Proprietary School Supervision (BPSS) and is able to offer her skills and extensive knowledge to her clients and aspiring estheticians alike!

Esthetician & Brow Specialist
Dawn has been in the beauty business for many years. She began her career in cosmetology but quickly realized that she wanted to focus on skincare. She became a licensed Esthetician in 2005 and originally worked in Westchester County. Wanting to work closer to home, Dawn joined the Inner Beauty family in 2010 and has enjoyed her time here ever since. She is ecstatic to be able to offer skin care services for all skin types. In addition to her fantastic facials, she specializes in eyebrows and offers brow micro-blading since 2021!
LAUREN~ Esthetician
Lauren is our expert skin care aesthetician, here to help you achieve and maintain beautiful skin. She uses her extensive experience and expertise to utilize and combine procedures as necessary, helping you attain your skin care goals. Using both time-tested as well as the newest modalities available today, Lauren is trained in deep skin exfoliation, resurfacing treatments including peels, microdermabrasion, & dermaplaning. She is also trained in and has perfected the art of custom spray tanning and is happy to offer these services at Inner Beauty since 2023.
Lauren believes that healthy skin starts on the inside and that healthy living is vital to truly beautiful skin. She incorporates this philosophy into her individual treatment plans for each of our clients, creating an individualized skin care plan with a singular goal: Assist each client in becoming their most beautiful self! Lauren is raising 5 children, loves to exercise, enjoys everything active outdoors, traveling and reading.
TAYLOR~
Hair Stylist, Colorist & Balayage Expert
Taylor started off at Empire Beauty School for Cosmetology in Westchester, NY in 2014 where they learn a little bit of everything but she decided to mainly focus on hair. She always knew hair was her passion since she was little. The best part of being a hair stylist for her is being able to transform people's looks and making them feel truly beautiful. After graduation, she continued on as a hairdresser at a small salon in Wappingers Falls for several years where she continued her education with classes to keep up with the new trends. She has found her forever hair home within Inner Beauty, since 2015. She loves paying attention to details to guarantee you'll love every aspect of your new look. She looks forward to doing this for many years to come and can’t wait to meet new people along the way. Her specialty is Highlighting and Balayage, a hand painted, blending hair color technique as well as men’s cuts including high and tight fading.
STEPHANIE~
Master Stylist & Makeup Artist
Once a jack of all trades, Stephanie spent time working in the medical field, as a bartender, and then a makeup artist who did updos on sets which opened the doors to the beauty industry since 2016. She has been an amazing part of the Inner Beauty family since 2019. Stephanie is a highly trained, precision-based hairdresser and educator who had extensive training, specializing in hair cutting and razor cuts from ARROJO STUDIO in NYC. Other credits include VOGUE, New York fashion week, Broadway and beautycon.
LUIS~ Hair Designer
From a young age, Luis knew he wanted to venture into the world of hair design- he recalls on Saturdays standing on milk crates fussing and braiding his oder sisters’ hair. Luis has been working in the industry since 1992. He graduated from Richard 1 Beauty School which was located in the main mall in Poughkeepsie. After securing his license he apprenticed under some highly regarded hair designers- learning early various concepts of cutting from classic precision, razor and the pivot point technique. He employs these methods today sometimes combining them to acheive the final result his clients desire. Luis loves colour- from single application with various hues of dimension to numerous highlighting techniques he can incorporate to give his clients a custom look. He stays true to his theory that the colours of the seasons reflect the tonal direction of the hue. Every visit starts with a consultation. Luis loves to see his clients personality- “beauty is in the soul” is his motto and it tells him how far he can push his artistry. He is now at Inner Beauty for 2023 to begin the next chapter of his career.
