Arrival

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to your initial reservation to ensure you are able to start on time.

Scents

Please refrain from wearing any scents/perfumes/colognes, as people may be allergic or sensitive to yours.

Tranquility

Please silence any cell phones for full relaxation.

Payments

All credit/debit cards are subject to a 3% additional fee (if you add gratuity to the card there is a convenience fee for the tip as well). You may pay by cash or check with no additional fee’s.

Cancelation

Please give us the courtesy of allowing at least 24 hours advance notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your reservation.  Failure to do so will regretfully require a 50% fee of whatever service’s you were scheduled for.
